Curcumin
Studies have verified that continued oxidative stress and oxidative damage may lead to chronic inflammation, which in turn can mediate many chronic diseases. Curcumin, a yellow compound extracted from turmeric, has shown to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. It activates the bodies own antioxidant enzymes to protect the body from free radical damage We have selected the finest organically grown Curcumin, that is extracted without the use of harmful chemicals. Turmeric root, at best contains 3% curcumin. We have used a 95% curcuminoids extract to ensure maximum efficacy. Curcumin is safe to use and has zero side effects.
Boswellic acid
Boswellic acid has been selected due to its potent anti-inflammatory activity. It has a long history of use against inflammatory conditions and is completely natural without side effects. It is well studied and has been found to be effective against pain and may prevent the loss of cartilage. Bowellic's acids mechanism of action is related to components of the immune system. It inhibits production of an enzyme called 5-lipoxgenase, which, when generated by the body in excessive amounts, gives rise to a whole cascade of dangerous pro-inflammatory reactions.
Rosmarinic acid
Rosmarinic acid is a polyphenolic compound of the herb rosemary. Rosemary has a long history in complementary medicine and its consumption is associated with beneficial effects. Rosemarinic acid has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities. It has a stronger antioxidant activity than vitamin E and helps prevent cell damage by harmful free radicals. Studies have demonstrated that rosmarinic acid prevents the activation of immune responder cells, which cause swelling and fluid formation.
Piperine
Piperine, a phytochemical found in black pepper, has several potential uses for sports. Piperine is an alkaloid found in the fruits of the black pepper plant (Piper nigrum) and the long pepper plant (Piper longum)

There is simply no other supplement on the market like Tri-Magnesium. It's helped with my sleep and Overall wellbeing. It's very difficult to get the different types of magnesium from your diet alone, so this is a must for anyone who takes there health seriously.

On the 7th day of Christmas I took Raw Sport Tri magnesium I feel better and more alert and the product has out ingredients.
I add this to a home made green juice with ginger lemon parsley and basil 😋
Seems very effective at reducing inflammation. Can be mixed with liquids but watch out 3 capsules emptied in a liquid makes a fair peppery kick

Been on these green energy capsules for just over a week and can feel the benefits already. I work nights and have these when I wake up and my energy levels have got much better. Training for a duathlon can’t wait took there’s for the 1st time at the weekend only did 6 miles but kind of put me in a good place n when they kicked in it was like I was in a zone could of quite easily gone back out and done a half marathon 💥
