A healthy shake you can enjoy on the go. Easy on the digestive system, independently batch tested for heavy metals and pesticides. RAW FUEL provides optimal levels nutrients and is smooth on the digestive system. The addition of digestive enzymes, a 5-strain probiotic and black pepper extract ensure every nutrient can be effectively digested and absorbed. Many meal replacements contain nuts and seeds, high in fats, which quickly oxidise and cause digestive issues such as gas and bloating as a result. We use MCT oil from coconuts as the fat source. The remainder of the product is free from allergens, delivering a product that is smooth on the digestive system.

Health Food - From £1.30 per healthy meal

For one complete meal, add 5 heaped table spoons (approx. 100g) & mix well in a blender or raw sport shaker with 500ml of oat, almond, coconut or hemp milk for optimal taste results. It also tastes great when mixed with 500ml of water.

You don't of course, have to stick to this volume, it is only a guide. You can consume more or less than the recommend serving size if necessary.

You may wish to make a porridge style smoothie bowl. For a thick style smoothie bowl, use a plant based milk of choice. You can get as creative as you like when making a smoothie bowl, its great to add extra berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc

Raw Fuel can be mixed with water for a simple nutritional meal shake. Our preference is blend with a few ice cubes. It is very much trial and error with your water quantity. Discover what works best for your personal preference.
