It is this three-pronged combination of carbohydrate that allows the body to process up to 90 grams of carbohydrate per hour, without any digestive discomfort. Consuming 1 serving of endure per hour will deliver 43g of carbs. For a more intense training session or race day itself, we recommend taking 2 servings per hour.
